If your child exhibits suicidal ideation including thinking about or planning suicide, stating that they would rather be dead than alive, expressing regret about being alive or having been born/feelings of worthlessness, or engaging in risky behaviors that could lead to serious injury or death bring him/her to the nearest emergency room immediately where a doctor can determine if hospitalization is necessary.
